Return Policy
For safety/sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on Seed Straws. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, such as damage or defects*, we will happily send you an equivalent number of replacement Seed Straws. We'll even pay for shipping.
Damage/defects must be reported within 14 days of the delivery date. To initiate an exchange, email hello@seedstraws.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue, including photos of the damage. If you have any questions about this return policy, please email us: hello@seedstraws.com.
We reserve the right to refuse any replacement at management's discretion, if the item being replacement does not meet the criteria set forth within this policy.
*Seed Straw varieties with small seeds (chia, dill, radish) may occasionally drop a few seeds. This is not considered damage or a defect.
